Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via download links or platform remix transfers, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the asset link has been delivered or accessed.

1. Strictly Digital & All Sales Final

Unlike physical goods, digital assets—including website templates, Framer templates—cannot be returned or revoked once access has been provided.

By purchasing a template from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You gain immediate, non-revocable access to the template files upon purchase.

  • All sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances after delivery, including for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of software knowledge.

2. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds, returns, and cancellations will not be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Platform Incompatibility: Failing to verify required platform specifications (e.g., purchasing a Framer template expecting a Shopify file, or vice versa).

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the site, changing branding directions, or preferring a different layout after purchasing.

  • Accidental Purchases: Initiating a transaction or purchasing the wrong template variant.

  • Lack of Technical Expertise: Difficulty editing standard platform elements (fonts, colors, section layouts).

  • Third-Party Fees: Any hosting, domain, app, or platform subscription fees paid to third-party providers.

While all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring your template works as intended. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase or encounter a broken link, our team will provide full support to ensure you receive your functional template.
