1. Digital License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a template from Ola Templates, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital asset in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the template itself.

Permitted Uses:

  • Single License: Each template purchase grants you the right to build and launch one (1) end-product website (either for your personal brand or for one client project).

  • Customization: You are free to modify colors, fonts, layouts, imagery, and text content to fit your branding needs.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, re-license, share, sub-license, redistribute, or offer the template (in original or modified form) as a free giveaway, stock asset, or competing template.

  • Template Extraction: You may not extract design components, graphics, or code elements to sell or distribute them as standalone assets.

  • Multiple End Uses: You may not use a single purchase to launch multiple client websites. A separate license/purchase is required for each distinct project or site installation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original design files, page layouts, graphics, custom code, and website structures created by Ola Templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ola Templates.

  • Purchasing a template gives you a license to use the design, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

  • Stock photography, imagery, and icons included in the template previews are used for demonstration purposes only. You are responsible for replacing placeholder assets with your own licensed or royalty-free media before launching your site.

3. Platform Dependencies & Third-Party Services

Our templates are designed to function on specific third-party platforms (such as Framer).

  • Subscriptions: You are responsible for maintaining active accounts and paying any subscription, hosting, domain, or transaction fees required by third-party platforms (e.g., Framer).

  • Platform Changes: Ola Templates is not responsible for platform outages, updates, code deprecations, or feature removals made by third-party platforms that affect template performance after purchase.

4. Payment & Final Sale Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate email containing access links or remix files to claim your template.

  • All Sales Final: As outlined in our Refund Policy, all digital purchases are strictly non-refundable once delivery links have been issued.

5. Account Requirements & Accuracy

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions made on our store. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct to ensure prompt delivery of your access links.

6. Technical Support & Scope

While we strive to ensure every template functions seamlessly, template support is limited to fixing broken links, file access issues, or structural template bugs.

  • Support Limits: Support does not cover extensive custom development, third-party app integrations, custom coding requests, or general platform tutorial training.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ola Templates, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or performance of our templates, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits.

8. Governing Law & Modifications

  • Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
